Fun for kids of all ages
Christmas is a time of wonder and excitement for young ones — but not all events are fully accessible and inclusive for children with a disability and autism.
That’s why, for more than a decade, the STEPS Pathways College Autism Treehouse Christmas Party has provided a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where families can truly relax while connecting with their community and celebrating with festive fun.
Rides and entertainment
Your ticket includes access to:

- Rock climbing
- A mini train ride
- A petting zoo
- Play zones and sports activities
- The Wildlife HQ reptile experience
- Silent disco dancing
- Santa Claus (including a free photo!)

To make sure our Christmas Party is accessible and inclusive, we’ve organised:
- Secure, fenced event grounds
- Monitored entry and exit points
- Friendly volunteers available throughout the day
- Quiet zones for breaks from activity and noise
- Shaded areas with seating
- Water refill stations

- Family of 4: $60
- Family of 5: $70
- Children under 3: Free entry
- Companion cards accepted
Tickets include access to rides, attractions and entertainment. Food and drinks are available to purchase from several on-site vendors, and we will have a free water station to refill your water bottles.
FAQs
Q: There are water rides at the event; will my child get wet?
A: Yes, with the number of water rides in operation, you will likely need to bring a towel or two and a change of clothes.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We recommend that you bring a water bottle (which you can refill at the venue), a towel or two, a change of clothes, sunscreen, money for food and drinks, and – most important of all – a fun and positive vibe!
Q: Is there something for all ages?
A: Yes! We’ve got attractions for kids of all ages, including water rides, sporting activities, a silent disco, the petting zoo, Wildlife HQ, train rides, rock climbing, and more.
Q: Will there be food available?
A: Yes, our canteen will be operating from 9am to 2pm. We’ll be delivering all your hot food favourites, including burgers, hot chips and sausages, along with a selection of cold drinks. There will also be a coffee can, ice cream stands and fairy floss!
Q: Will Wildlife HQ have animals?
A: Local zoo Wildlife HQ will be bringing along some cool reptiles for us to enjoy! The exhibit will be open from 10am to 11am.
Q: Will there be shaded areas?
A: Yes, there will be shaded tents set up across the venue, along with seating areas to rest your feet and take a breather. There will also be access to sunscreen and a water station to fill up your water bottles.
Q: What time will Santa be there?
A: Santa will arrive at 11am. He’ll stay and enjoy the festivities until 1pm. You can have your picture taken with Santa in the Santa Zone tent.
Q: Do I need to print out my tickets?
A: No! You will receive an email from Givergy, the ticketing platform, which you can then show us on your phone at the entrance. However, if you would prefer to print out the email and bring that along as your physical ticket, you are more than welcome to do so.
