Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, nearly 100 students have graduated from STEPS Pathways College, each one embarking on a life-changing journey toward independence, confidence, and reaching their goals.

STEPS Pathways College is the first and only College of its kind in Australia, offering a unique ‘live and learn’ experience for young adults with a disability and autism.

Our students learn more than just practical skills, like cooking, budgeting, and preparing for employment; they become empowered to follow their aspirations and discover their full potential.

With every lesson, every friendship formed, and every challenge overcome, the students develop the confidence to take control of their future. They leave STEPS Pathways College with skills for everyday life, a renewed sense of self-worth, purpose, and the knowledge that they can live life on their own terms.
